Cli-Met is implemented by a transnational team combining academic expertise, metropolitan policy experience, and European networking capacity.

The project brings together universities, metropolitan authorities, and a European network of metropolitan regions to strengthen knowledge, training, and policy exchange on the implementation of the climate agenda in metropolitan areas.

The team works across different fields, including urban and regional planning, metropolitan governance, climate adaptation, environmental policy, nature-based solutions, digital learning, and stakeholder engagement.

This interdisciplinary structure allows Cli-Met to connect scientific knowledge with the practical needs of public authorities and practitioners working on climate action.
